& Cancel policy
Guideline
Please read and agree our guidelines, agreements and cancel policy to join our tours.
Our tours have the limit of number of guests, if the number of guests is different when they show up, we may cancel the tour or add extra charge without refund.
Please follow the local rules and guidelines. If guests don't follow your attendant, we cancel the tour immediately without any refund.
Please pay entrance fee, transportation fee, experience fee and food & drink fee on the spot, they're not included in the tour.
Please respect the local rules, its communities and the people.
When visiting shrines and temples, please wear properly and please avoid wearing short pants and tank-tops and cover properly.
Please come on time with minimum baggage. If you have big luggage, we need to find coin lockers or use taxies.
Please order food and drinks according to your needs and avoid to waste those.
Please note that your attendant is not a baby-sitter or luggage carrier, please take care of your group and luggage by your selves.
We cannot provide any service related to the illigal or sexual business, events or places.
If you have any food restrictions or preference, please let us know in advance.
Per 30min extra, we charge 5,000JPY.
Attendant's food, drinks ,snack or entry fees are not included in the tour, please pay on the spot accordingly.
Please be mindful to minimize waste and be eco-friendly.
You don't have to pay tips to the restaurants or taxies. Guide's tip is not included in tour fee, please pay directly to them if you like.
We provide English/Japanese guides.
Agreements
Once payment is made, you agree to our Guidelines, Agreements and Cancellation Policy.
Pay full amount of the tour fee before the tour departure.
We can cancel the tour if the number of people, first and last names or age are different from those declared.
Also we can cancel the tour when the guests don't show up on time or cannot make a contact.
If a participant's condition makes it difficult to continue the tour, the tour may be cancelled immediately.
Violent behavior or discriminatory remarks are not permitted. Also, intoxicated persons are not allowed to participate.
Tour may be cancelled due to unforeseen accidents or natural disasters.
We strictly prohibit discrimination or sexual abuse to our staffs or the local people.
Our staffs are not responsible for your belongings, items or luggages. Please take care by yourselves.
We can cancel tours as the reasons above without refunds.
Be sure to purchase travel insurance.
We provide interpreters or bilingual assistants, but do not book restaurants, tickets or hotels for the guests, or etc.
Cancel Policy
You can cancel the tour without any cancel charge by 8 days before the tour departure.
We will charge 50% of the tour fee as cancel charge from 7-3 days before the tour departure.
We will charge 80% of the tour fee as cancel charge from 2 days to 12 hours before the tour departure.
We will charge 100% of the tour fee as cancel charge on the tour day and no show.
We cancel the tour when participants don't show after 15min from the call time without any refunds.
Only one-time changes up to 7 days prior to departure date can be without cancellation fee.
Because of the condition of the guests or violent, disrespectful or dangerous behaviors or speeches,
we can cancel the tour immediately without any refund.
